Passing Ever Green (Chen-Chun) Tunnel, Ning-An Bridge, Riverdale (Xi-Pan) Dam to the big valley in front of the Riverdale (Xi-Pan) Tunnel, you will see the stone carved statute of the ancestor of Taroko Tribe. This is the starting point of “Zhi” shape road on the Bulo bay mesa. It will take approximately seven minutes to reach the parking area underneath the valley.
Bulo bay is divided into upper mesa and lower mesa. Lower mesa can walk to the Circulating Hill Park to visit the river valley. Leading to Traveler Center and Exhibition Hall and Circulating Cinema to watch both the arts and crafts of Taroko Tribe and 360-degree surround video. Up to the Yue-Tun Stairs and the steep slope has thousands of Taiwan Lily flowers in April and May every year.
